Upload directly from Clipgrind Editor

Clipgrind Editor (editor.clipgrind.de) turns Twitch clips into vertical videos in your browser. When you connect an account, you can post the finished video straight to YouTube, TikTok or Instagram. Nothing is posted without you pressing the upload button, and you always see the account, the text and the settings first.

How it works

• Sign in with your Winku account and edit a clip. When it is exported, open “Upload directly”.
• Press “Connect” for a platform. A window of the platform opens, you sign in there and confirm the permissions.
• Back in the editor you see your account (name, picture). Fill in title, visibility and the other options, then confirm and upload.
• After the upload the editor shows the status and a link to the post once the platform has processed it.

What we use each permission for

• YouTube – youtube.upload: upload your video as a Short. youtube.readonly: show your channel name, picture, subscribers and video count, the status of the upload and your recent uploads with views and likes.
• TikTok – user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats: show your avatar, name, @handle, verified badge, followers and number of videos. video.publish: post directly to your profile. video.upload: send the video to your TikTok inbox as a draft. video.list: show your recent TikToks with views and likes, so you can open the new post.
• Instagram (business and creator accounts) – instagram_business_basic: show your name, picture, account type, followers and number of posts. instagram_business_content_publish: post the video as a Reel. instagram_business_manage_insights: show views, likes and reach of your recent Reels.

Your data

• Access tokens are stored encrypted on our server (AES-256-GCM) and only linked to your Winku account. Nobody else can use them.
• Videos are not stored: TikTok and Instagram uploads are passed through our server in parts directly to the platform; YouTube uploads go from your browser straight to Google.
• We only use the data to show it to you and to upload what you chose. We do not sell it, share it or use it for ads or AI training.
• Disconnect at any time with “Disconnect” in the editor: we revoke access at the platform (YouTube, TikTok) and delete the token. You can also remove access yourself: Google account permissions, TikTok app → Settings → Security → Manage app permissions, Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.

By uploading to YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Clipgrind Editor's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
